Good vintage condition with noted damage to the large center glass cabochon. There is a chip located underneath the prong setting on the reverse along with several hairline stress marks visible through the glass. The chip is concealed beneath the setting and is not readily noticeable from the front when the brooch is worn.

The photographs include close-up views of the back so the condition can be fully evaluated prior to purchase. Despite these age-related flaws, the cabochon remains securely set and the brooch presents beautifully from the front.
